The experience was decent overall, with some room for improvement. The cold temperature affected my rating, resulting in a 4-star review. While the service was satisfactory, it didn't stand out as exceptional. Despite this, I would consider returning in the future.

This hotel has always been a nice place to stay, that evening we had dinner at the restaurant, too tired to drive to the coast for sea food, so we ordered the prime rib, not only was the food amazing, but we had this gal serving us by the name of Kimberly she has a heart of gold I tell ya. my friend and I are in the senior discount range, so it was nice to have her. we had so much food, and wine we took back to the room, she even offered to have this young man help us. I wish more folks had a heart like hers...Come to think of it the entire staff was charming, and friendly, my friend had left her phone charger in the room after we checked out, and one phone call, and Terry at the front desk took care of it, when we came back later after visiting the Tillamook cheese factory, we went back to the hotel, as Terry was leaving to go home, and she ran back inside to get the charger. I will be back for sure I just love this place!!!
