The fried chicken sandwich with arugula and ranch crema at this food truck was fabulous, with a crunchy and tasty breading that wasn't overly salty. The chicken was cooked perfectly without any gristle, and the combination of crema, toasted bun, and arugula added wonderful flavors. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is a must-try, offering the perfect balance of crispiness, taste, and heat when paired with a dash of hot sauce.
