They do not honour the prices on there online menu. The cashier says that the old price and tries to charge over $14.00 when I was expecting to pay $11.20 like posted online. I am glad there service sucked so much they couldn't answer the phone. Now in person I could see why there pictures online do not have the lights on in the kitchen it so dirty. The only way these people can still be in business is because they cleaning cash

The worst service I have ever experienced. Called to place a delivery order and was told it would be 1 hour. I decided to say ok I will wait. The driver showed up 2 hours later with no apologies whatsoever. Food was horrible, cold and tasteless. Called to express my disapproval of the service and food. lady was so rude and told me to F--- off. Will NEVER order from this place again! Don't know how they are still in business!

I ordered delivery tonight from this place. Ok price, have had the food before and enjoyed it.
Tonight, they forgot my crispy pork, which was on our bill and we did pay for. I called to ask either for my money back or my food and was called a liar. I was told my food was delivered, so tough luck. The woman on the phone was very rude and kept interrupting me. After being called a liar again, she said maybe she'd check with her store manager and give us store credit. I said again, no, I want to be reimbursed or I want my food delivered. She finally said they'd bring it in 2 hours. I said no, thirty minutes.
25 minutes later, the delivery guy showed up with our crispy pork. I tried to explain to him they lost a customer tonight because of the way I was talked to. I tried to tell him the second last time we ordered, it took over two hours to get our food, and we were cool with that, no problem, but this was not ok. He called me a liar again, At this point, I did lose my cool and yelled at him to get off my property.
HORRIBLE customer service. I can't believe I paid someone to insult me, be rude to me, and all around terrible. Save yourself the anger and don't order their mediocre food.
