The homemade corn tortillas and flavorful pastor tacos really impressed me during my lunch visit, even though the ambience wasn't the best. I've tried menudo at several places around Palmdale, and this one surprised me as the best I've had outside of homemade. The service was friendly, the food fresh and delicious, and I'm already planning to come back to explore more of the menu.
