Was thoroughly disappointed when I was told they were out of brisket and got tri-tip instead. The tri-tip was incredible and maybe the best I have ever had. The food is great just plan ahead because they get busy and wait times can be long. Highly recommend trying this place

I visited Charlie Brown's Farms on 3/23/2022. I usually have a great experience there. I love the unique items for sale and the friendly service. But on this outing, I was truly disappointed with the Deli. I ordered a one item combo which was the cashier's suggestion (trip-tip, potato salad, fountain drink, and an ice cream blast in a cup). I couldn't decide on which flavor combo I wanted for the ice cream so I asked the cashier to surprise me. I got a surprise alright. I went to the pick-up counter to get my food when my name was called. The cook opened the food container and I was shocked. The meat was not sliced. It looked as if chunks of the burnt end of the meat had been placed in the container. The meat was burnt and stringy. I broke off a piece of the cheese toast and found it to be hard and also burnt. But wait there's more. The ice cream cup was just plain vanilla (surprise!!) no combination of flavors at all. I told the clerk this is not what I ordered and it was taken back. While this was going on I noticed the two cooks in the background smiling and laughing, so disrespectful. The only thing they didn't mess up was the fountain drink because you can get that yourself. I am not only disappointed but hurt because I feel they did this on purpose. I am an African-American senior citizen and I am wondering if I was targeted or was this just a prank of silly people? No matter the reason, the quality of the food and service from the Deli was deplorable. I have been a loyal customer of Charlie Brown's since moving to this area in 1993 and due to this (prank?) I will never purchase food from the Deli again.

i am a local and spend spent about or used to spend about 100 dollars a week here but after the experiance i just had i will NEVER RETURN. i walked in stood in the ine and ordered 2 garden burgers with seasoned fries. when i went to pick my order the was only one with seasoned fries and 1 without, the girl that took my order was about 20 feet away and the giving me my order was never near the girl that took my order, i informed the girl waiting on me that i ordered 2 garden burbers with seasoned fries then she proceeded to tell my me "You did not u told the waiterss that u wanted one with fries and one without and if u want more u can go back and stand in line and order more fries. well i do not like being called a lier and i DO NOT LIKE LIERS AVOID THIS PLACE i know im small potatoes but the point is do not call people liers and cb's just lost 100 dollars a week
