I recently enjoyed a delicious brisket platter with Mac n cheese and baked beans at my husband's birthday party catered on site. The food truck, served by Maggie, impressed our guests with its friendly service and big smile. The flavorful dry rub on the ribs, chicken, and brisket, along with the amazing sides made from scratch, left everyone raving.
