went here to order a large stromboli smelled good took home to eat realized that the crust was still doughy took back to shop and eric a bald guy with glasses was not nice about it all advised me to get home and throw it in the oven and was swearing under his breath as I walked out just disgusted with the service first time and last time there!

If there are concerns about service call the owner. Validate your complaint and they will make it right. I assure you that!

Horrible service. over an hour wait for delivery and I live two miles away. One pizza was folded on itself in the box and the other wasn't even cooked. dough was raw and stuck to the box. My 8 year old son answered the door and took one slice out of the box to eat it before I came in, and threw it out when he bit into raw dough. Store would not honor a free pizza or a refund, simply told me that, in a very rude and unprofessional tone, 'any corrections to mistakes must be returned in full or there is no compensation for the mis-product.' Will never order from again!

I think Big Bear Pizza is the best I have ever had. Not only is the pizza very good, but it is also reasonably priced. My sister and her family were visiting us from Alabama and we decided to order Big Bear Pizza for dinner. They loved it!!

the pittsburgh pizza is the best. but i know somebody that works there and just so you know the extra large is just a large cut into smaller pieces

Evidently the people on here have no clue how to use a calculator! First off its 2 extra large pizzas, 18" 16 slices with on topping on each. Price it out. If you bought both separate, it comes to 29.98. That is 7.99 off. Not a penny!
Don't be a hater, just because we are better than the over priced chains, and faster than the "usual" pizza shops.

15.99 plus tax for a large 12 cut hawaiian, or 14.99 for a ham pineapple pizza with reduced amount of toppings.
two large 1 toppings for $20 is far from a penny more for two pizzas.
i know who you are, complaining about the pizza. you got ripped off in your head, the math is all laid out for you. go somewhere else if you're going to badmouth us over the simple fact of customer ignorance

Bed attitude. Spoiled ingredients used anyway. Read the menu: "Two pizza deal" is a penny more than buying each separate. The Hawaiian Pizza is $16 but the regular pizza with ham and pineapple would be $10. These are the same Pizza!!!! These people have no respect for there customers.

Horrible place no matter which way you looked at it. Go to McDonald's, it's better.
