As a long-time patron of Sage, I felt it was finally time to share my thoughts. The menu at Sage offers a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes with generous portions, and the staff are always accommodating and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the delicious flavors of the Chilean Seabass with mushroom sauce and the Fettuccine De Mare - both dishes were cooked to perfection and left me thoroughly impressed.
