These potato pancakes are simply delicious, cooked just right. The hint of onion in the batter adds a nice touch of flavor. Whenever I visit the area, I make sure to stop by this hidden gem for a taste of their amazing potato pancakes. The memories of my dad's pancakes are brought back to life with each bite at The Potato Shack - truly a special find!
