I was thrilled to finally check out the Cadillac Grille after noticing it had been closed temporarily. My main reason for visiting was to catch the 76ers game and see if Joel Embiid would be playing against the Heat in a crucial playoff match. The food options were impressive, and although I had switched from being a pescatarian, I was eager to try the new vegan offerings. The artichoke hummus with pita and the roasted Brussel sprouts were both outstanding, with the Brussel sprouts perfectly roasted and the hummus light yet flavorful. The service was prompt and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations for a sports complex restaurant.
