After dining at Morimoto in Philly, I unexpectedly discovered Cebu in time to enjoy their tapas-style dishes. Despite missing out on lumpia, we savored the pork adobo, although my husband found it a bit fatty. We paired our meal with a San Mig light, discussing Filipino delicacies with the waiter and ending the evening with halo-halo. It's important to support Filipino restaurants like Cebu outside of major cities, so don't miss out on this gem!
