Today, I revisited the tortilla shop in Arizona known for its incredibly fresh and delicious corn tortillas, perfect for making cheese enchiladas or frying up into crispy chips, and I can't wait to try their flour tortillas as well, a big shoutout to Fernando and his family for their warm hospitality that always makes me feel at home.
