This was my second time visiting, and the friendly cashier named Ryan provided prompt service and helpful suggestions. The breakfast items arrived quickly and tasted good, with a particularly impressive pastry selection in the morning. Although the overall experience was positive, I was uncomfortable when the district manager publicly reprimanded an employee, which seemed inappropriate given the quiet setting.
