Came to eat with my son. I would stay away from this place. First warning was that there was a sign on the front door that they raised the prices. We both orders combo broth for hot pot. Beef mushroom and spicy. Ordered a few items to sample. Prime beef, beef tendon, cabbage , bean sprouts, shrimp dumpling, fried bread, udon noodles, and one bowl of rice.
Portions were very small. Absolutely not worth the price. They even charge to make your sauce. Every hot pot location has sauces included. The noodles were taken out of a plastic bag. It was still in the shape of he packeging that it came out of. The sliced prime beef that I have was all torn up. They rolled it to cover the torn pieces. Fried bread was still frozen in the center. Not even thawed out. I had about 3/4 of a cup of bean sprouts a and my cabbage was ready inner part of the cabbage with a core, in edible. Shrimp dumplings were the size of a nickel and all dough very little shrimp and shocked ... frozen! I also ordered beef tendon and got about 2 oz worth. Not worth the price. My meal came out to 60 dollars not including tip. There new all you can eat price is “starting at 29.95 and only build up in price if you ask for prime meats of different broth.
This place is clean but not at all worth he price. It would be different if the items were fresh. Almost every we ordered was frozen. Listening to the table next to us we heard the same comments, Small, frozen, and over priced. Like I said lunch for two after tip was close to 70 dollars. I left unsatisfied, still hungry and feeling all day that I was ripped off.
