We go out of our way to find Holy Empanadas. Their menu is simple and delicious. Four or five great styles of empanadas and always a great desert Empanada. The owners Anthony and Val are truly the nicest people you will ever meet and even if we drive for 20 or 30 minutes, it is worth the time spent. Did I mention the Empanadas are stuffed full. One is more than a snack and two requires yoga pants. Anthony and Val do everything right. Oh, my two favorite Empanadas are the beef and the J-Pops.
