Tucked away along a quiet road, the warmth of the staff made us feel instantly welcomed, even as closing time approached. Each bite delivered vibrant flavors with just the right touch of heat, especially the Pineapple Fried Rice that perfectly balanced spice and sweetness. Though the dining area felt a bit isolated, the food's quality and generous portions left a lasting impression, promising many more visits ahead.

Reign of Thai has good food, however this carry out or dine in situation does not work for me.
Today I was feeling under the weather and wanted one of my go to soups. I ordered Tom Kha and Thai iced coffee. The soup was given to me in a plastic container for carry out ,but there was not even a Styrofoam bowl for the soup. There is no wait staff, so if you choose to eat in as I did, it was awkward. Trying to eat soup out of a tall hot plastic container was ridiculous.
I don't live real close, and I had an errand to run, so I wasn't going home for carry out.
I did not like the atmosphere today, and even though the lady at the counter was trying to be polite, I did suggest to her that the owners consider bowls for diners like myself who enjoy soup. It really was unacceptable, but I drove there, and wasn't feeling well.
Although they have good food, I prefer dine in, and what they have going on now with Styrofoam everything and plastic utensils doesn't do it for me.
I won't be back for awhile, and if I do intend to dine in, I will for certain bring my own real bowl and silverware. BTW the Thai ice coffee was horrible, I do not know how they made it, but I couldn't drink it, what an awful taste, so in the trash it went. The soup I wanted was very good, as are their other selections. Dine in not good at all.
