I had some real ceviche cooked in lime juice from Mariscos Sinaloa in Phoenix, and it was delicious! The takeout order came with limes, saltines, tostadas, tapatí­o, ketchup, and plenty of napkins, and the service was great thanks to Cristina, one of the nicest servers there.
