The rich, creamy broths, handmade noodles, and intricate banh Hue varieties showcase a masterful balance of flavors and textures, from the tender shrimp-studded banh bot loc to the delicate, savory banh beo topped with crunchy pork rinds. I recently discovered a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant in the Mekong food court that offers a unique and refreshing culinary experience. The menu at Hue Gourmet is filled with delicious soups and dishes that you won't find at other Vietnamese restaurants in Arizona. The flavors are rich and comforting, and the homemade noodles add a special touch to each dish.
