At the QC cafe, there is now a new sign for "the line spur cafe," indicating a transition in progress. During my recent visit, my order was initially brought from the table behind me. The southwest scramble with hash browns and wheat toast I ordered was satisfying, with crispy hash browns and perfectly toasted bread. While the chorizo scramble needed a touch of hot sauce, the overall experience was pleasant and I may return in the future.
