Food tastes very cheap, very dirty environment, uncomfortable atmosphere, entire family was sick after eating their food and we all ordered completely different things!

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY JANUARY 28TH I TOOK MY GRANDCHILD MY DAUGHTER AND HER FRIEND OUT TO DINNER I HAVE BEEN THEIR MANY TIMES IN THE PAST IT HAD BEEN VERY GOOD TODAY THE FOOD WAS COLD THEIR WASH NOT ENOUGH ON THE MENU TO EAT I WAS NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WE

I love Chinese food and I am new to this area so I tried bamboo gardens for the first time recently. We ordered lunch last week and it was not very good but I do believe in second chances so tonight we tried them for dinner the food was terrible and they forgot part of my order so when I called to let them know she acted as if I was lying and when I told her myhusband was to tired and we would like our $4.00 refunded tomorrow she hung up on me !!! Also they used salad shrimp in my dinner instead of regular shrimp. Terrible food and service I will look for a new Chinese restaurant in my new neighborhood .
