The aroma of Terrell's BBQ at the Long Beach Kite Festival pulled me in, and wow, that brisket sandwich was an absolute flavor bomb-tender, smoky, and perfectly juicy. The mac and cheese stole the show with its cheesy, gooey goodness, and the coleslaw was a refreshing, generous sidekick. Between the friendly, efficient service and the unforgettable hot sauce that I'd drizzle on everything, I'm already plotting my next rendezvous with this BBQ wizard.
