I'm Romanian and the food here tastes just like home - it's legit. This food cart in Portland serves up some of the best dishes, with giant portions that are totally worth the price. If you're not sure what to order, go for the Mici and ask for cole slaw or potato salad instead of fries to avoid feeling overly stuffed. Trust me, this place is a gem.
