I have been a fan of this food cart for over a decade, and it continues to impress with its vegetarian options like the Palak paneer fries. The large portions are perfect for sharing, and the service is quick and friendly in the cozy ambiance of Cartopia. The vegan poutine with its delicious fries and flavorful gravy is a standout choice, though the cheese curds could be improved for a more satisfying experience.
