Every order delivers consistent quality-rich, flavorful sauce paired with generous ingredients-though the added mushrooms on the Butcher Block left me wanting more, as each slice seemed sparsely adorned. Recently tried Bellagios for my wife's birthday, and the crust showed improvement, but it was slightly undercooked. The toppings were fresh, and the overall operation seemed to be running smoothly. On a second takeout trip to satisfy our pizza craving, the consistency of the pizza shined through with good crust, sauce, and toppings, although there was a slight lack of added mushrooms on the Butcher Block pizza. The friendly employees and delicious gluten-free crust make Bellagios our favorite pizza spot in town!
