Located in a historic loft with 12 foot ash ceilings and brick walls, CAV's fine cuisine and unique ambiance, with art objects from around the world, and colorful handwoven kilims on tables and walls, provide gastronomic and visual delights. Everything at CAV is for sale, starting with the handmade oil lamps lit on the tables to the finest rugs, African Sculptures or Asian Bronzes.

This restaurant has an incredible atmosphere with stunning decor and friendly staff. The food was delicious, especially the steak tips and calamari, making it worth the long drive and definitely a place I plan to revisit!

Service was friendly but haphazard. Appetizers took a long time and then the main course arrived before we had finished the appetizers. The food was mediocre. Lack of flavor was overcompensated by excessive butter, cream, and oil.
