Dinner at Ruby River was a total win - from the warm bread served on a rustic wooden board to a juicy, perfectly cooked 16 oz garlic peppered ribeye that had me dreaming of leftovers. The vibe with classic wood tables and cozy booths made it feel like a true cowboy steakhouse, complete with cheerful, attentive servers who checked in just enough to keep the good times rolling. Between generous portions, a surprisingly affordable menu, and a friendly team that takes pride in keeping things spotless, I found myself coming back twice in one day just to soak it all in.
