The sunset roll at Happy Sumo has quickly become my top pick for sushi - it's packed with delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. While the Yaki Soba didn't quite hit the mark for me, the diverse selection of sushi rolls, attentive service, and cozy ambiance made for an overall enjoyable dining experience.
