This family-run establishment in a small town offered a clean environment with friendly service, making the experience enjoyable. The galvaude poutine I tried was impressive, featuring crispy fries, flavorful gravy, and well-prepared chicken and peas, although the cheese was initially hidden at the bottom. On the way out, I discovered it also serves ice cream, which looked tempting, and I would consider stopping again if I find myself in the area.
