Parfum de Corí©e offers authentic Korean cuisine with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options clearly marked on the menu, accompanied by attentive and friendly staff who provide excellent service. The dishes, such as sundubu-jigae and bibimbap, are fresh, flavorful, and served with thoughtful touches like banchan and enoki mushrooms, capturing the true taste of Korea even outside major cities. Despite smaller portion sizes and a limited menu, the quality and authenticity rival what I've experienced in larger metropolitan areas, making it a memorable dining experience worth returning to.
