I found a small quick-service counter inside the bus terminal at Gare du Palais in Quebec City, where authentic Japanese curry and sushi are prepared by Japanese staff. The menu is limited but focuses on homemade-style Japanese curry and fresh ingredients, with generous portions that make the meal satisfying. Although they offer some non-Japanese dishes like General Tso's chicken and Tom Yum soup, those are less authentic and best avoided in favor of the Japanese specialties.

drop by every time I go through Quebec city : simple menu, but good common japanese food for a great price
