I've had the pleasure of dining at Kulu Desserts and have consistently enjoyed the delicious offerings. The variety of options, from bubble tea to dumplings, never disappoints, making it a great spot for a tasty treat. The crispy and fluffy rose waffle with a medley of toppings was a standout choice that I would definitely order again.
