I tried the pineapple upside down cake from a food truck at a recent event in Raleigh, and it was surprisingly delicious. Despite my initial disappointment at their limited selection, I ended up thoroughly enjoying the moist vanilla cake with the tasty pineapple topping. Even after a few days in the refrigerator, the cake remained flavorful and moist, a true sign of its quality. Although the service wasn't the friendliest, the dessert itself was definitely worth the visit.
