The chicken quesadilla at this food truck is absolutely amazing, bursting with flavor and perfectly grilled. The accompanying chips could use a bit more authenticity, but the quesadilla itself deserves a solid 4-star rating! I've had the pleasure of indulging in their dishes multiple times, and each visit guarantees a fresh and delicious experience. The staff is always friendly, making it a joy to return whenever I spot them at an event.
