In a nutshell; we were ripped off! Contracted product was not delivered and deposit kept w/ no apology or admission of wrongdoing. It was about the same time as the name of business was changed. By doing a simple Google search on this business & owner(s) you soon discover they have a history of lousy business practices, substandard product and poor customer service/relations. But don't take my word for it; do some honest research for yourself before you become a victim as we did.
