I absolutely love the vibe and the food here-the fresh tortillas, tasty salsas, and the way they mix all the ingredients before wrapping the burrito really make a difference. The only downside was the lack of hand soap in the bathrooms and a bit of rudeness when I mentioned it, but overall, the flavors and quick service keep me coming back, especially for the tofu option and those amazing blue corn chips.

I'm a huge fan of this local spot that serves up delicious burritos with great vibes. The verde salsa and queso combo is amazing, and the hand-pressed tortillas make all the difference in taste and texture. Despite a slight hiccup with the lack of hand soap in the bathrooms, the overall experience at Pancheros is solid, with tasty food, good value, and efficient service.
