Scott worked at Belle Ciao in the back of the house from 1992-1996. He did his college internship there, also , with world renowned chef/owner Jim Macdonald .He was taught too prepare from scratch marinara sauces, veal stocks, beef stocks,burida stocks,chix stocks,a huge variety of pasta dishes,such as veal canaloni, manicotti,raviolis,ect.
