Union Pacifique, like many local eateries, has adapted its service approach, yet the flavors remain exceptional. While the kitchen may operate at a leisurely pace, the attention to detail in each dish is evident. Our group savored the Moules Frites, Magret of Duck, and delectable seafood stew, complemented by fresh salads and a tantalizing dessert selection. The warm ambiance and attentive service made for a memorable dining experience that I look forward to repeating when I return to Rimouski.
