Yes in so many ways, this is a place that when you go once, you will be back many more times. The first thing I will say is the steam tray counter foods are not why you are here. my Recommendation- Go directly to the dim sum Menu.
Not only is the dim sum very tasty, but it offers great variety at an even greater price. I have not gone for happy hour but I leave very happy during the regular hours, how greedy can one be? the Shrimp rolls are to die for and the Vietnamese Spring Rolls are delicious as well. If you want great tasting food at a great value, no need to look any further then Noodle express. There seafood dumpling in soup is amazing as well.
I love this place and will be back many more times.

If you are looking for a place for dim sum Noodle Express is the place. The food comes quick and is very tasty I definately will be back there soon!
