3 major complaints here
1 - I ordered by phone and was told 15 minutes, I was there in 5 and paid, and waited. While I was waiting, 2 other customers ordered at the counter, one of them ordering the same thing I did. Those 2 customers were served their food first even though I had ordered a solid 10 minutes before they did and was literally waiting there the entire time in the store. I gave these jerks a $5 tip to be treated as a 2nd class customer
2 - I ordered the hottest they have and it is not hot at all, it could maybe be considered medium at best. I used to love delicados mainly because they had actually spicy foods, these days it sucks,
3 - I called to complain about both of these things and the person I talked to was dismissive, didn't apologize and instead told me "If we say 15 min it will be ready in 15 min" and she completely dismissed and ignored this complaint. I am super annoyed and frustrated with their customer service and I want my $5 tip back. I only wish this complaint would register with delicados and was taken seriously so I didn't feel forced to come to a 3rd party review site to air my grievances.

Delicados has been a favorite of mine for years, thanks to their delicious rollups, deli cookies, and creative deli salads with unique homemade dressings. The combination of chipotle sauce, sunflower sprouts, and southwest pico in the rollup is simply perfect. Despite the increasing prices and slower service during peak hours, the fresh and tasty food at Delicados makes the wait worthwhile.
