I was amazed by the quality of the food at this restaurant. The salmon teriyaki was cooked perfectly, so tender it melted like butter. The shrimp teriyaki was just as delightful, bursting with flavor. I was genuinely impressed, especially as someone who isn't usually a fan of sushi.
