This bar may not cater specifically to locals, but as an outsider, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere is divey, with separate sinks from the bathrooms, but if that's your scene, you'll feel right at home. The bartenders, especially Cooper, provide friendly service and make excellent drinks, even in the midst of a busy night.
