My family and I were visiting from Michigan and we received the worst customer service at Rog's Pub & Eatery (4255 River Rd, Schiller Park) on June 1, 2012. There was a FLY in my sandwich. I informed our waitress and the owner came over. He immediately began to say that he would not cover the bill. I politely stopped him and informed him that I didn't have a problem paying the bill and just wanted a new sandwich (after all, it was late and we had been traveling all day with a baby who was very tired by this point). He very rudely told me that the only way I would get a new sandwich is if I pay for both of them. He then went on to say that we could have brought the fly in ourselves (as if we were trying to get over on him)! I am very surprised and disappointed in the disrespect an non-customer service we received. We paid the bill (feeling as if we had no other option) and left. The worst part is that it was my husband's birthday; what a horrible way to celebrate! I personally would tell anyone not to eat at Rog's Pub & Eatery.
