I was saddened to hear that Soldatenstube had closed its doors in 2014, a challenging year for many of us. I have fond memories of taking our kids to the Space Center frequently during those years, and it was always a highlight for our family. The last meal I had there, a delicious plate of pork schnitzel with gravy and red cabbage, was a fitting farewell to a beloved lunch spot that will be greatly missed by many.
