Kathy and her team created the exact cake I wanted and even handled delivery, but communication was really difficult since Kathy rarely returned calls or emails, which made planning stressful. The cake itself was dry, overly sweet, and didn't match my specific design requests, so despite the effort, I wouldn't use their services again.
