The food is fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions, the staff is friendly and attentive, and despite being cash-only and takeout only, the experience is well worth the 45-minute drive for the amazing dumplings and quick service, making me eager to return.

The food here is fantastic, always fresh and bursting with flavor. The menu is extensive with generous portion sizes, and the staff is friendly and efficient when taking orders. While they only accept cash or checks for take-out orders, the quality of the food makes it well worth it.

My service is always great and the food is always super. They do not take debit/credit cards though so you do need to bring cash. We usually order take out (the portions are always more than enough) but some times we dine in. My wife and I even went in near closing time and the buffet was already taken down. They fixed us what we wanted, hot and fresh to order. I can't say enough good things about Hong Kong. I have family that lives in the Chicago area and when they come home to Jasper, we have to order Hong Kong.
