When I stumbled upon the Cayce Cafe just off State Route 94 in Kentucky, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Jimmy and Carol Henderson's dedication to their restaurant was evident in the delicious home-cooked meals and the friendly interactions with customers. From the mouthwatering rib eyes and T-Bones grilled on Fridays to the cozy front porch setting, the Cayce Cafe offers a true taste of Southern hospitality that I can't wait to experience again.
