The po-boys and chicken salads are delicious, and the friendly staff always provide great service at reasonable prices. With a menu featuring consistent favorites like the Cuban sandwich and hearty portions, it's a welcoming spot that feels like home every time I visit.

I was searching online for a restaurant which served Cuban food, when I found this great little place in downtown Covington, La. Vazquez! Not knowing what to order, I decided on the steak & onions, served w/ black beans, white rice, salad & bread. I also ordered a side of fried plantains (delicious). Very good meal at a very fair price. Can't wait to come back for the Cuban Sandwich... I hear it's one of the best around!
