I ordered lunch today for a small group at work. After the delivery time window had expired, I was called to be told that the restaurant we wanted to order from was closed today. Now, I have people that will not receive lunch today because their breaks are almost over and there is no time to get food anywhere else. I have had problems in the past with them being late, etc., but this i absolutely ridiculous. Other services have been amazing and I will be using them faithfully from now on.
