Went to the Last Unicorn for a special occasion.
We've been there many, many times before these new owners.
Obviously, the new owners target tourists and not Maine people.
We got steaks for $29 a piece and at least half of the steak was grizzle & disgusting amounts of fat!!!
If the steak or veggies even had good flavor, I would have just let the cut of the meat go but.... the steak & veggies had absolutely NO flavor.
Would have been better off going to a chain steakhouse which I never do.
That was served with a couple of strips of zucchini & a couple of slices of pepper.
The salad was old and brown & served with 1 teaspoon of dressing.
Totally over priced so these owners better hope the tourists keep coming.
I'm sure home grown Maine
Folks won't frequent this place.
Unbelievably overpriced for what you get!!!
So disappointed because we used to love the Last Unicorn.
Will not visit again unless this restaurant changes hands again!!!

Wonderful food great staff
