During my recent stay in Reno, I found the Hilton Garden Inn to be conveniently located and easily accessible. The staff, particularly Byron who assisted with breakfast service, was friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout the hotel. Despite a minor issue with the room temperature, the maintenance technician was prompt in addressing the concern, showcasing excellent customer service. The pet-friendly amenities, including a designated area for pets and a nearby lake for leisurely walks, added to the overall positive experience. I appreciated the cozy rooms, comfortable bedding, and the attentiveness of the staff, making it a decent option for accommodations in the area.
